Manage Passwords
The ‘Manage Passwords’ Admin feature is used to Reset User Passwords.
Click the ‘Manage Passwords’ tab in the ‘Security Admin’ interface of ‘Workspace and users’ Menu to display the following screen.
Enter one of ‘User name’, ‘Last Name’ or the ‘Login Name’ and click the ‘Search’ button to display the list of users matching the given credential/s.
Click the Reset icon ('
Enter the Password for the selected user in the fields provided and click the Reset button to apply the changes.
