Workspaces and Users

In the Workspaces and Users section, the Act As and Security Admin features help manage users and their privileges.

• Act As allows an admin to temporarily view the application as another user. This is helpful for checking permissions, solving access issues, or seeing what content a user can access without needing their login.

• The Security Admin feature is used to create workspaces, roles, and users, and provides special permissions to manage user access and security settings. It allows administrators to control who can view or edit content, assign roles, and ensure that only authorized users have access to the assigned content.
