Statistics

The ‘Statistics’ feature allows the admin to view vital details of System Information and System Usage.

Open

Click the ‘Statistics’ option in the ‘Settings’ menu of the ‘ViVE Admin’ main menu, to display the following Interface.

The system information is displayed in the top widget of the screen with details pertaining to the following parameters:

• No. of Users.

• No. of Active Users.

• No. of Roles.

• No. of Active Sessions.

• Total User Licenses

• License Validity Date

• No. of Workspaces

• No. of Process Maps.

• No. of Dashboards.

• No. of Reports.

• No. of Process Datasets

• Max Datasets licensed

Click the 'Apply' button to load the existing view log without any filters.

Select ‘Workspace’ or ‘User’ or ‘Duration’ from the provided list.

Click the ‘Apply’ button again to load the view log based on your selection.

Open

In content consumption, we track user activity related to process maps, dashboards, compliance dashboards, and the admin section. This includes page views and actions such as creating or deleting process maps, dashboards, or compliance items. We also track admin-related activities like managing workspaces, roles, users, and connections.

User Activity

Click the ‘User Activity’ tab in the System Usage widget to display the following screen.

Select ‘Workspace’, ‘User’ and ‘Duration’ from the list provided and click the ‘Apply’ button

Details pertaining to ‘User Activity’ are displayed here in the form of a tabular view.

We track user activity to understand how extensively the application is being used.

Active Sessions

Click the ‘Active Sessions’ tab in the ‘System Usage’ widget to display the following screen.

Details pertaining to Sessions which are currently active displayed here in the form of a tabular view.
