Manage Published Content

Published content such as Process Maps, Dashboards and Reports are listed under the respective Workspaces. By default, the Super Admin can view and access such content. Rest of the users can have access to the content, only if they have the right access privileges.

The ‘Manage Published Content’ Feature helps to View all the content listed under any chosen Workspace and allows the admin to delete any selected content.

The purpose of Manage Published Content is to manage and enable bulk deletion of published content across all features. Users can delete content for specific features based on their privileges.

Click the ‘Manage Published Content' option in the Data and Connections sub-menu of the ‘ViVE Admin’ main menu to display the following screen:

Select the Workspace from the ‘Workspace’ Drop Down list.

Select the Connection Type from the ‘Connect Type’ Drop Down list.

Click the ‘Search’ button to Display the list of Content types (for example: Process Maps) mapped to the selected Workspace, as shown below:

Click the ‘Excel’ button to download the list in Excel format.

Delete Content

  • Select any of the content from the displayed list by selecting the check box to side of each of the listed contents.

  • Click the ‘Delete Selected’ button to delete the selected content.

 

Note:

If users have creation access to any of the following modules—ViVE Optum, ViVE Insights, ViVE Reports, or ViVE Comply—the 'Manage Published Content' page will be automatically enabled. Additionally, if they have delete permissions for the published content of any of these modules, they will see the delete option for the corresponding module's published content.
