Configurations
This screen helps the admin to configure the ViVE Logger, Email, License Manager and ViVE’s Download option.
ViVE’s Logger logs the usage details for Admin, Dashboard and Process Map features. Admin has the privilege to configure settings for the Logger.
Click the 'Configurations' option in the 'Settings' sub-menu of the ' VIVE Admin' main menu in ViVE's interface to display the following screen.
Setting Configurations for ‘Logger’
By Default, the ‘Logger’ tab is active, and admin can set the configurations for ‘ViVE’s Logger.
Click the ‘Clear Database’ button to clear all logged details.
Enable the ‘Enable Logger’ button to keep the Logger active, else disable the same, if the logger is not intended to be used.
Configure the settings for Admin, Dashboard and Process Maps by selecting/de-selecting the options from the lists displayed.
For ‘Admin’
Selecting the ‘Pages’ would allow logging details of Page Visits for Viewing and Editing.
Selecting the ‘Actions’ would allow logging details for ‘Creation’, 'Editing' and ‘Deletion’ Actions.
For ‘Dashboard’:
Selecting the ‘Content’ would allow logging details of ‘View’ and ‘Design’ usage of the Dashboard Contents
Selecting the ‘Actions’ would allow logging details for ‘Create’ and ‘Delete’ Actions.
For 'Process Maps':
Selecting the ‘Content’ would allow logging details of ‘View’ and ‘Design’ usage of the Dashboard Contents
Selecting the ‘Features’ would allow logging details for using the main features of Process Maps ( Displayed as tabs in the Process Maps main interface )
Selecting the ‘Downloads’ would allow logging ‘Download’ details for Process Maps.
Setting Configuration for Email
Click the ‘Email’ tab in the ‘Configurations’ screen to display the following interface:
Enter details for the following fields for the selected Email service provider
Server name
Port No
Username
Password
Click the ‘Test’ button to test the connection with the details provided ( but not save the configurations )
Click the ‘Save’ button to save the configurations.
License Manager
Click the ‘License’ tab in the ‘Configurations’ screen to display the following interface:
All the details for the current license are displayed here.
Click on ‘(click here to update license)’ link to display the following interface:
Enter the license key in the fields provided and click the ‘Submit’ button to update the license.
Setting Configuration for the ‘Download’ Option
Configurations for the downloading any of the content in ViVE can set here.
Click the ‘Others’ tab in the ‘Configurations’ screen to display the following interface:
Choose the ‘Enable Downloads' button to enable the Download option in Process Maps and Dashboards, or de-select the option not to allow Downloads.
App Updates
This screen is used to update the latest database changes. Whenever there are new updates, it enables a button to apply the changes.
