Manage Alerts

 

The ‘Manage Alerts’ Feature helps to View all the created alerts under any chosen Workspace and allows the admin to delete any alert based on the feature.

The purpose of Manage Alerts is to manage and enable bulk deletion of alerts for all features.

Click the ‘Manage Alerts' option in the Data and Connections sub-menu of the ‘ViVE Admin’ main menu to display the following screen:

Select the Workspace from the ‘Workspace’ Drop Down list.

Select the feature Type from the ‘Type’ Drop Down list.

Click the ‘Search’ button to Display the list of alerts created to the selected Workspace based on features, as shown below:

Click the ‘Excel’ button to download the list in Excel format.

Delete Content

  • Select any of the alert from the displayed list by selecting the check box to side of each of the listed type.

  • Click the ‘Delete Selected’ button to delete the selected content.

Note:

Only super admins are allowed to access and manage this page.
