Rework Analysis
Rework refers to the need to repeat or redo certain Steps or Activities within a Process due to errors, omissions, or inefficiencies. It often occurs when there is a deviation from the expected or desired outcome. It also refers to the examination and analysis of rework instances within a Business Process.
By conducting a detailed Rework Analysis, organizations can gain insights into the root causes of inefficiencies and take corrective actions to improve overall performance.
