Process Insights

Process insights are meaningful observations gained from analyzing how a process actually runs. These insights help understand and optimize business processes.

The ‘Process Insights’ Dashboard provides a visual representation of key observations and analytics related to process performance.

Click on the ‘Process Insights’ option from the ‘Analytics’ tab in ViVE’s main interface to display the following screen:

The Data Cards to the top left of the screen given information about the total Orders, Average Process Elapsed time (days) and the average events per Order.

The ‘Top Ten Activities’ widget presents the top ten high-frequency and time-intensive events.

The top ten Process activities are visualized using horizontal bar charts, where each activity is annotated with its respective 'Total Number of Orders' and 'Average Elapsed Time'.

The ‘Top Ten Performing Users’ widget displays the top ten performers in terms of the 'Total No. of Orders' and the ‘Average Process Elapsed Time (in days)’

The ‘Monthly trend’ widget visualizes the total no of orders in each of the month against the Average Process Elapsed Time.

The ‘Total No. of Orders’ in each month are plotted as vertical bars, while the the ‘Average Process Elapsed Time(days)’ for each of the months is depicted as a line graph.

The 'Top Ten Agent Name' widget presents the ten top-performing agents, with associated metrics, the 'Total Number of Orders' and the 'Average Process Elapsed Time (in days)' visualized for each agent.

The pair of horizontal bars against each of the Agent’s name depict the 'Total Number of Orders' and the 'Average Process Elapsed Time (in days)'

The ‘Top 10 Customer Name' widget displays the ten highest-performing customers, with each customer annotated by the 'Total Number of Orders' and 'Average Process Elapsed Time (in days)’.

The pair of horizontal bars against each of the Customer’s name depict the 'Total Number of Orders' and the 'Average Process Elapsed Time (in days)'

Note:

The default dashboard is generated when a process map is created, and it can be customized as per the requirements.
