ViVE Alerts
Alerts serve as automated, event-triggered messages that notify users of specific scenarios or thresholds met during planned Data Scheduling. These Alerts help Users to monitor and respond to issues in the process. Relevant users will be notified in the event of any breach of the specified thresholds or conditions.
Data scheduling periodically retrieves information from designated data sources based on user-defined criteria. During each data scheduling cycle, users are notified through an automated alert system configured for the scheduler. Once the scheduling process initiates, the alert is automatically triggered and sent to selected recipients in the form of an email.
In addition to these general notifications, individual alerts can be configured at four levels:
ViVE Optum
ViVE Insights
ViVE Reports
ViVE Comply
Each level operates under predefined conditions that determine when the corresponding alert should be activated.
These Individual level triggers which are tied to the Schedulers, will be active and triggered only when the attached scheduler is running.
Upon triggering, these alerts automatically deliver the Data (in the predefined form and with the applied filters) in the form of an Excel report, to the pre-selected stakeholders.
Alerts help respond to failures or delays, prevent overuse or optimize resources, help detect breaches in SLA., etc.
