Influencers

‘Influencers’ is a feature that enables the analysis of various activities within the variation by the chosen configured dimensions. 

Choose any one of the Variation and click the ' ' icon on the top menu panel of the ‘Variations’ widget.

The activities in the selected dimensions are displayed in the form of bar graphs for analysis, in separate widget as shown below:

In the example above, the selected dimensions are: ‘Agent name’, and ‘Customer name’.

Note that a maximum of four dimensions can be selected for analysis. (as in the following example)

Click on the ' ' icon on the top right of the ‘Influencers’ widget to include or exclude the timeline in the graphs.

Click on the ' ' icon displayed beside each of the graphs to view the Analysis in a separate widget:

Select Dimensions for Analysis

Click the ‘ 'icon on the top panel of the 'Influencers’ widget to display the list of configured dimensions to select:

This is the list of all the configured dimensions. Select a maximum of four dimension for analysis and click the ‘Save’ button to display the selected dimensions for analysis.
